By purchasing and downloading digital files from Peachy Keen Design, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions:

 

USAGE OF FILES

All digital files from Peachy Keen Design are intended for use on physical merchandise that you intend to craft and sell (B2C-Business to Customer). This includes items such as apparel, accessories, stickers, cups, home decor and more. You are able to craft and sell that merchandise an unlimited number of times. This does NOT include selling DTF transfers or fabric.

If you are looking to sell any of Peachy Keen's designs as DTF transfers or on fabric, please purchase an extended commercial license here.

Personal use for any application is always allowed.

 

PROHIBITED USES

Re-selling, distributing, or sharing the digital files in any digital format is NOT allowed. This includes selling the files as digital downloads, sharing them for free, or distributing them on any online platform.

Re-selling digital files as embroidery files is NOT allowed.

Using Peachy Keen's designs to sell DTF transfers or fabric is NOT allowed unless you have purchased an extended commercial license. You can find that here.

 

EDITING AND MODIFICATIONS

You have the right to edit the purchased digital files to suit your needs. This includes resizing, reshaping, or altering any part of the design. However, modifications do not transfer ownership or copyright of the original design.

 

OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT

Any designs that include elements from Peachy Keen Design remain the intellectual property of Peachy Keen Design. You do not acquire ownership rights or copyright to any part of the design, even if modified.

 

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Peachy Keen Design reserves the right to modify or update these terms of use at any time. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically to ensure compliance.

I am not responsible for end-use of products in terms of legal compliance.

By purchasing and downloading our digital files, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms of use. Failure to comply with these terms may result in legal action.
